This whole team from the front desk to Drs and dental hygienist and every one in between are so caring and supportive with all aspects of treatments. I’m getting implants and all I can say is I’m so happy my husband read reviews and there was no question about where I was going to get my teeth taken care of. Yesterday when I got this request I deleted it. However, after thinking over night about my thoughts concerning my experience at Ackley Dental that day I've decided to way in with the following. My appointment was receive a permanent crown. Unfortunately, it wasn't made properly and after trying to remedy the problem in-house it was determined the crown would go back to the lab. I was then told I will have to wait another two weeks to get the repaired crown. As a former Customer Service Mgr. of 20 representatives for 10 years that would never be acceptable. I already waited two weeks. Now, through no fault of my own my problem goes to the back of the bus. It's the fault of the lab and your office should have been all over them to fix the problem immediately. They created the problem. They need to rectify the problem now, not have your customer wait another two weeks. Have a backbone and stand up for YOUR customer.
